== 简介 ==

芝加哥出生的罗伯特·Z·伦纳德曾在科罗拉多大学学习法律，但法律界证明不是他的长处，于是他选择哦而退出，并且在在剧院的开始了他的演艺生涯。1907年他的家人搬到好莱坞，伦纳德寻求在新兴的电影业闯荡，虽然他1916年就成为了知名演员，但他的主要兴趣还是放在摄影机的另一边，并寻求成为一名成功的导演 。
