'''1934年国际足联世界杯'''，也称1934年世界杯，于1934年5月27日至6月10日在[[意大利]]举行<ref>[https://news.zhibo8.cc/zuqiu/2018-04-18/5abb69b3a717b.htm 史话世界杯：1934年意大利---墨索里尼的疯狂]，直播吧新闻频道 ，2018-4-18</ref>。本次比赛首次采用预选赛来决定决赛阶段参赛队伍。本届比赛的参赛国家比首届增加了一倍多，其中有10支球队来自[[欧洲]]以外的国家。最终意大利在决赛中 2–1 战胜了[[捷克斯洛伐克]]，成为了欧洲的首个世界杯冠军。

本届比赛有两点非常特别：首先，上届冠军[[乌拉圭]]为了抗议欧洲球队对于首届比赛的不重视，拒绝了本次比赛的邀请，成为世界杯历史上唯一一个在夺冠后没有参加下届比赛的球队。其次，意大利队也是唯一参加预选赛的东道主队（因为此时还没有设立主办国保障名额）。本届比赛不同于上届，在首轮比赛中就采用单场淘汰制。进入第二轮的球队有：[[奥地利]]、捷克斯洛伐克、德国、匈牙利、意大利、西班牙、[[瑞典]]和瑞士。

八强赛中出现了世界杯上的首次重赛。意大利和西班牙在加时赛后仍然以1–1打平，于是两队举行了重赛。最终意大利以 1–0 淘汰了[[西班牙]]，之后又以同样的比分击败了奥地利。同时，捷克斯洛伐克3–1战胜德国队，也进入了决赛。

最终决赛在Del Partiti球场举行。捷克队在大多数时间内以1–0领先，但在终场哨声前被意大利追平，在之后的加时赛中，意大利再入一球，登上了冠军的领奖台。
