《头戴蓝冠的圣母》是拉斐尔和他的学生詹弗朗切斯科·潘尼所作的一幅油画，完成年代很可能是1512年，地点则应是罗马。此画现藏于法国巴黎卢浮宫。
在卢浮宫中，这幅画的标题是“La Vierge à l'Enfant avec le petit saint Jean”（童贞圣母与圣婴以及婴儿圣约翰），此外也称为“La Vierge au voile”（童贞圣母面纱）或“La Vierge au diadème bleu”（头戴蓝冠的童贞圣母）等等。[1][2]
