巨貘（Tapirus augustus）[1][2][3]为已灭绝的貘，栖息于中国南方至爪哇岛及越南。最早出现于更新世早期，一直到全新世早期才绝种。
巨貘的体型较现存的貘大，体型范围由体长2.1公尺（6.9英尺）、肩高0.9公尺（3.0英尺）至体长3.5公尺（11英尺）、肩高1.5公尺（4.9英尺）；体重可达500公斤（1,100英磅）。巨貘最早被分类至独立的巨貘属（Megatapirus），现今则分类至貘属（Tapirus）之下。
