材料:娃娃菜、烟肉片、浸软的虾干(或虾米)、蒜片各适量 娃娃菜洗净对切成两半,把烟肉片镶酿在每块菜叶之间
爆香蒜片和虾干(虾米),放适量的水、鸡粉、盐调味
待上汤烧开后浸入娃娃菜,中火浸约5~6分钟,捞起稍凉切件上碟
