张西文,男，现任中国遗传学会理事，中国化工学会生物工程分会理事，教育部科委生命科学学部委员，辽宁省遗传学会及生物技术学会理事。1998-2002年任大连理工大学生物工程系主任主要从事植物基因工程和药物生物技术研究，先后主持国家科技攻关项目1项、省、市级重大研究课题4项。
