约翰·萨班斯（John Sarbanes；1962年5月22日－）是美国的一位政治人物。自2007年开始，他是马里兰州第3选举区选出的美国众议院议员。他的党籍是民主党。萨班斯毕业于哈佛大学法学院[1]。在成为政治家之前他曾经马里兰州地方法院工作。[2]。
