大头鳄科（Pholidosauridae）是群已灭绝鳄类，属于鳄形超目的中真鳄类。

化石已在美国、加拿大、中国、吉尔吉斯、尼日、马利、阿尔及利亚、摩洛哥、突尼西亚、西班牙等地发现。大头鳄科出现于侏罗纪中期（卡洛夫阶），在白垩纪（土仑阶）灭绝。

帝鳄是最著名的大头鳄科动物，身长可以超过12公尺，重量超过8公吨。鳄龙过去被归类于大头鳄科，[1]目前被重新归类于兽脚亚目恐龙中的棘龙科。[2]
