歌手简介
陈伟霆，1985年11月21日出生于中国香港，华语男歌手、演员、主持人。
2003年因参加全球华人新秀香港区选拔赛而进入演艺圈。
2006年6月，陈伟霆以新成员身份与张致恒、麦子豪组成Sun Boy’z组合，开始建立跳舞歌手的形象 。
2008年独立发展，同年推出首张个人专辑《Will Power》，并获香港十大劲歌金曲颁奖礼“最受欢迎男新人金奖”、香港十大中文金曲“最有前途新人金奖”。
2009年7月17日，个人第二张音乐专辑《Warrior战士》发行 ，其首次参演的电影《窃听风云》也于7月24日上映 。
2010年4月，其个人第三张音乐专辑《Do You Wanna Dance》发行 ；12月6日，发行个人第四张音乐专辑《Heads or Tails》。
2013年出演灾难电影《救火英雄》，获澳门国际电影节最佳男配角奖项。
2014年，主演的古装玄幻爱情剧《古剑奇谭》开播，并因此被内地观众熟知 。
2015年12月31日，加盟助阵湖南卫视跨年演唱会。
2016年8月27日，举办InsideMe2016全国巡演北京站演唱会，这是其出道以来首个演唱会；9月10日，举办InsideMe巡演上海站演唱会；11月19日，举行InsideMe巡演南京站生日特别场“Let’s Party”。
2017年1月27日晚，在央视2017鸡年春节联欢晚会上演唱歌曲《爱你一万年》。
