乾粉滅火系統 powder extinguishing system,由乾粉供應源通過輸送管道連接到固定的噴嘴上,通過噴嘴噴放乾粉的滅火系統。

用途

ZFP型系列自動乾粉滅火系統是石油化工、油船、油庫、加油站、港口碼頭、機場、機庫等工程的滅火系統的重要裝備。乾粉滅火系統是以氮氣為動力,向乾粉罐內提供壓力,推動乾粉罐內的乾粉滅火劑,通過管路輸送到乾粉炮,乾粉槍或固定噴嘴噴出,以達到撲救易燃、可燃液體,可燃氣體和電氣設備火災的目的。

ZFP series Automatic Dry Chemical Powder Extinguish System (Short as: DCP) are important equipments for the fire-fighting in petrochemical industry, oil tanker, oil storage, gas station, dock and harbor, airport and hangar etc. ZFP series DCP is driven by high-pressure N2, then establishes pressure in the powder tank, press the chemical powder and force it through the pipelines to the powder monitor, powder gun or fixed powder nozzle, and by these equipments, spray the powder out on the flammable liquid, flammable gas or electric equipment fire to extinguish the fire.[1]

系統組成

ZFP型自動乾粉滅火系統由啟動裝置(如:啟動氣瓶+拉杆機構)、氮氣瓶組、減壓閥、乾粉罐、乾粉槍、乾粉炮、乾粉噴頭、電控櫃、閥門和管系等零部件組成。一般為火災自動探測系統與乾粉滅火系統聯動。[2]

ZFP series DCP consists of starting device (Eg.:start cylinder + pull-rod mechanism), N2 cylinders, pressure reducing valve, powder tank, powder gun, automatic powder monitor, fixed powder nozzel, controller, valves, pipe lines and other accessories. In common use, ZFP series DCP is applied in using link with the fire-detecting system.

乾粉罐是中壓容器,由罐體、安全閥、人孔(裝粉口)、進氣口及出粉口等組成。

Powder Tank is a Middle-pressure vessel, consists of vessel, safety valve, manhole (powder intake hole), Nitrogen intake hole and powder discharge etc.

乾粉炮是由耐壓銅材和不鏽鋼製成,根據要求自動乾粉炮(電動或液動)可在仰角40°俯角60°迴轉270°範圍內工作;手動乾粉炮可在仰角70°俯角60°迴轉360°範圍內工作。

Powder monitor is fabricated by copper alloy and stainless steel, according to relative specification, the electric or hydraulic operated monitor can rotate between 40° to -60° in vertical direction, 270° in horizontal direction; the manual operated monitor can rotate between 70° to -60° in vertical direction, 360° in horizontal direction; 乾粉槍與卷盤連在一起,卷盤中的軟管長度可達30-40 m。


Powder gun is installed together with hose reel, the powder transport hose can have a max length: 30-40 m.

如果設備僅要求手動操作,則採用手動乾粉炮、手動閥門和手動控制啟動氣瓶組件。

If only manual operation is needed, adopt a combination of manual dry chemical powder, manual valve and manual start cylinder.

主要特點

ZFP型自動乾粉滅火系統對A、B、C、D四類火災都可使用,大量的還是用於B、C類火災(應根據保護對象選用相應的乾粉滅火劑)。其主要特點如下:滅火時間短、滅火效率高、對石油產品的滅火效果尤為顯著;絕緣性好,可撲救帶電設備的火災,滅火後對設備污損較小;寒冷地區不需防凍,且可用於缺水地區;乾粉滅火劑久貯不變質。

ZFP series DCP system can be used in A, B, C, D four kinds fire, the most common use is in B & C kind fire (according to different kind of fire choose the different type dry chemical powder for protection). Main futures bellowing: Short time for extinguishing, high extinguishing effective, outstanding effective on petrol product fire, best insulation, good effective on electric equipment fire, low pollution after extinguish, needless for frozen protect in cold weather, also can be used in water-lack area, best seal and storage for powder.

工作原理

系統工作原理是:利用氮氣瓶組內的高壓氮氣經減壓閥減壓後,使氮氣進入乾粉罐,其中一部分被送到罐的底部,起到鬆散乾粉滅火劑的作用。隨着罐內壓力的升高,使部分乾粉滅火劑隨氮氣進入出粉管被送到乾粉炮,乾粉槍或乾粉固定噴嘴的出口閥門處,當乾粉炮、槍或乾粉固定噴嘴的出口閥門處的壓力到達一定值後(乾粉罐上的壓力表值達1.5~1.6MPa時),打開閥門(或者定壓爆破膜片自動爆破),將壓力能迅速轉化為速度能,這樣高速的氣粉流便從乾粉炮(或乾粉槍,固定噴嘴)的噴嘴中噴出,射向火源,切割火焰,破壞燃燒鏈,起到迅速撲滅或抑制火災的作用。

The principle of work for DCP system: Releasing the high pressured Nitrogen from Nitrogen Cylinder to Reduction Valve and decompresses the pressure to the work pressure, then transport them into Powder Tank, amount of them are transported to the bottom of the tank to relax the powder. Along with the tank’s contenting pressure update, some powders are transfer to the discharge pipe and arrive at the valve bellowing the powder monitor / powder gun or powder nozzle along with the pressured Nitrogen, when the pressure in the valve arrives at the rated pressure (or the pressure gauge on the tank indicate 1.5~1.6MPa), open the valve (or the breakable diaphragm breaking auto.), then the pressure energy are translated to speed energy, high speed powder spray out from monitor (gun or nozzle ), shot at the fire, incise the flame, destroy the burning chain, then stifle the fire quickly.
