秦啟偉
秦啟偉，男，1964年10月21日生於河南上蔡，1994年畢業於中國科學院水生生物研究所水生生物學專業，獲理學博士學位。中國科學院南海海洋研究所海洋生物研究室主任、中國科學院海洋生物資源可持續利用重點實驗室主任、國家傑出青年基金獲得者、中科院"百人計劃"學者[1]，海南大學海洋學院碩士研究生導師。現任華南農業大學海洋學院院長[2]。

個人簡介
秦啟偉，男，博士、教授，博士生導師[3]，海洋學院院長，國家現代海水魚產業技術體系病毒病防控崗位科學家。國家傑出青年基金獲得者、中科院優秀「百人計劃」學者、國務院政府特殊津貼獲得者[4]，「新世紀百千萬人工程」國家級人選、第五屆「全國優秀科技工作者」、中國海洋湖沼學會理事、中國水產學會魚病專業委員會副主任委員。曾經在英國威爾士大學海洋學院、日本國立水產養殖研究所、東京海洋大學、新加坡國立大學、中山大學、中國科學院南海海洋研究所等國內外多個研究機構和大學長期從事海洋微生物學和水產保護學科研和教學工作，近年來，在海洋分子病毒學、魚類免疫學等方面取得了一系列創新研究成果。

2004年1月–2009年3月 中山大學生命科學學院 教授、博士生導師，有害生物控制與資源利用國家重點實驗室學術帶頭人、學術委員會秘書，水生生物學國家重點學科帶頭人；
2009年3月-2016年4月 中國科學院南海海洋研究所研究員，博士生導師，中科院熱帶海洋生資源與生態重點實驗室主任；

3、魚類細胞與分子免疫學。
研究成果
長期從事海洋生物學和水產保護學研究，近年來，獲得並主持包括國家傑出青年科學基金、國家自然科學基金重點項目，"973"計劃課題和"863"計劃項目等多項國家重要科研項目，在海洋魚類分子病毒學、免疫學、基因組學和蛋白質組學等研究方面取得了一系列創新性學術成果，在BMC Genomics、J. Virology、Virology、Antiviral Research、Fish and Shellfish Immunology和Aquaculture等本領域重要國際期刊上已發表30多篇SCI收錄研究論文，在國際海水魚類病毒研究領域處於較高水平。
獲獎、榮譽稱號
國家傑出青年基金獲得者、中科院優秀「百人計劃」學者、「新世紀百千萬人工程」國家級人選、第五屆「全國優秀科技工作者」[5]。
