北京大學基礎醫學院

謝正偉,男,博士,北京大學國際癌症研究院、北京大學基礎醫學院副研究員、助理教授。主要應用交叉學科手段,包括人工智能和計算生物學方法,進行衰老和代謝疾病的機制研究和創新藥物研發。

科研成果

1)開發出第一代衰老微流芯片並發現衰老標記蛋白HSP104;2)發現端粒酶失活的初始時期細胞即呈現早衰現象及其保護機制;3)發明了代謝網絡中計算酶-流變化關係的的超立方收縮算法;4)發現小檗鹼可以延長野生小鼠的壽命並揭示其分子機制;5)發現抑制乙酰轉移酶Gcn5可以延長酵母和人細胞系的壽命;6)開發了基於深度學習和基因指紋的藥效預測系統——靈素系統等。以第一作者/通訊作者(含並列)在Nature Biotechnology、Cell、Aging Cell、Bioinformatics、JCIM等雜誌發表論文。

研究方向

實驗室綜合使用計算和實驗方法,包括人工智能,分子細胞實驗等,研究衰老和疾病的機制並進行創新藥物研發,具體方向包括:

1. 基於人工智能的藥物研發系統的開發

2. 衰老的分子機制和延長壽命的藥物的開發

3. 癌症、肥胖、非酒精性肝炎、幹細胞、痛風、骨質疏鬆等疾病方向的藥物研發
