韓傑才[1]

複合材料和光學材料專家,哈爾濱工業大學教授、副校長。長期從事超高溫複合材料、紅外光學晶體與薄膜材料的研究。揭示了材料超高溫燒蝕機理和規律,發展了細觀熱燒蝕理論,提出了多元氧化物和固溶體抑制氧化燒蝕的機制,實現了材料氧化抑制與高溫強韌化的協同,應用於高超聲速飛行器防熱系統;發明了大尺寸藍寶石晶體專用生長方法及生長裝備、四面體非晶碳複合增透保護膜及製備工藝,用於多個工程型號的紅外窗口,並實現了產業化。
