趙傳，1961年6月18日出生於台灣嘉義市，祖籍廣西崇左市天等縣，中國台灣男歌手、音樂人。
1987年趙傳加入滾石唱片。1988年11月1日發行自己的第一張專輯《我很醜，可是我很溫柔》，歌曲《我很醜，可是我很溫柔》入圍最佳年度歌曲獎和最佳單曲歌唱錄影帶影片獎。
1990年發行專輯《我是一隻小小鳥》。1992年以歌曲《粉墨登場》和《我是一隻小小鳥》入圍最佳年度歌曲獎。
1996年以歌曲《當初應該愛你》入圍最佳年度歌曲獎和最佳國語男演唱人獎。2002年發布專輯《勇敢一點》，2012年趙傳與作詞人易家揚老師再度合作，發布專輯《音樂武俠》。
2014年發布出道25周年紀念新歌+精選集。《一顆滾石的25年》。2017年12月3日，獲得現代傳播集團第十屆國家精神造就者榮譽稱號。
