2010年，薛凯琪于年度叱吒乐坛流行榜颁奖典礼中，首次获得叱吒乐坛女歌手铜奖。其后，她在纽约中文电台热爆歌曲流行榜也获得年度热爆女歌手银奖，在SINA Music乐坛民意指数颁奖礼2009分别凭《叮叮车》获得“SINA MUSIC最高收听率二十大歌曲”及凭《慕容雪》获得“SINA MUSIC最高收视 MV 大奖”，在2009年度雪碧中国原创音乐流行榜凭《苏州河》获得“港台金曲奖”及“最具潜质歌手”。同年，她凭《分手说爱你》夺得“2010年越南电影节最佳女主角”、“明周演艺动力大奖2010香港最突出女演员”、“人气搜寻女演员奖”、香港演艺人协会17周年晚会暨演艺人2010杰出表现奖颁奖典礼的“电影杰出表现女演员奖”、第11届华语电影传媒大奖的观众票选最受瞩目表现奖 。
2011年，她首度凭电影《分手说爱你》入围香港电影金像奖“最佳女主角”。2月14日，她于情人节推出《唇印》。3月至5月，她再度往北京拍摄《真爱谎言》。7月8日，薛凯琪推出EP《August Girl》。8月，她主演的电影《算吧啦，老豆！》在香港上映 。
2012年，她出演的《烂赌夫斗烂赌妻》、《低俗喜剧》、《悬红》、《青魇》和《DIVA华丽之后》先后上映。2月1日，薛凯琪派出第一首派台作品《9:55pm》。4月5日，薛凯琪派出第二首派台作品《All You Need Is Me》。6月4日，派出第三首作品《倒刺》。6月29日，薛凯琪推出唱片《Filicious》7月8日，薛凯琪在红磡香港体育馆举行首个大型个人售票演唱会《Filicious Fiona in Concert 2012》 。8月，薛凯琪正式宣布终止与由出道便开始合作的华纳唱片公司续约。9月4日，薛凯琪在“太阳文化一周年发布会”中宣布正式加盟黄柏高旗下的太阳娱乐文化（Suncity 818）。11月，薛凯琪在2012年第十二届全球华语歌曲排行榜获得香港地区杰出歌手奖 。
2013年1月，香港电台十大中文金曲颁奖典礼终于让她再度踏上该颁奖台，获颁发“全年最佳进步奖银奖” 。2月，薛凯琪凭电影《悬红》夺得澳洲2013“第三届金考拉国际华语电影节”的“最佳女演员”奖 。3月，薜凯琪在“第九届劲歌王金曲金榜年度总选颁奖典礼”获颁发三个奖项，包括凭《冷笑话》夺得“粤语金曲奖”、“最受欢迎女歌手”及“卓越表现奖” 。
