==人物生平== <p style="text-indent:2em;"> 也许是父母的遗传奠定了独特的天赋，出生在意大利罗马的吉姆·罗斯·斯图尔特5岁大时就曾经出演电影，吉姆的父亲是意大利著名演员贾克默·罗斯·斯图尔特，而母亲则是个前名模，在潜移默化的影响下，表演逐渐成为吉姆的梦想，以致14岁时便辍学并离家出走，去投奔自己的舞台。

<p style="text-indent:2em;"> 在学习些许戏剧之后，尚是少年的吉姆开始在一些电影和电视剧中扮演一些小角色，1986年，他出现在由让·雅克·阿诺执导、肖恩·康纳利领衔主演的电影《魔宫传奇》（Der name der rose)中，仅以农民形象一闪即逝。

<p style="text-indent:2em;"> 随着表演经历的日渐丰富，吉姆出落成高佻俊美而不失忧郁的大帅哥，对游泳的酷爱造就了1米88的健美身材，对巴赫和贝多芬古典音乐的热衷酝酿了文化底蕴，而从12岁起就喜欢独处的个性也让这个美男子具有了超凡脱俗的孤高质感。

<p style="text-indent:2em;"> 1991年，当时火爆的电视剧《金玫瑰洞》（Fantaghirò）让吉姆急速窜红，1995年，意大利电影大师米开朗其罗·安东尼奥尼的《云上的日子》（Al di là　delle nuvole）中出现了吉姆的身影，虽然出场时间不足10分钟，但他丝丝入扣的演技博得了一致肯定。

<p style="text-indent:2em;"> 1997年，吉姆成功主演了电视剧《红与黑》（Il rosso e il nero），其出色表现让该剧成为当时的经典之作。随着片约增多，吉姆清晰的摆明立场，他谢绝商业影片，只致力于艺术电影。1998年，他因主演《伊甸园》（I Giardini dell'Eden）赢得威尼斯电影节最佳男演员奖，之后的吉姆本可以在影坛平步青云，但他却选择了返朴归真，投身舞台剧表演。
