2018年10月4日本田汽車和通用汽车达成协议，共同开发无人驾驶汽车。本田将向通用汽车的无人驾驶汽车公CruiseAutomation注资7.5亿美元，本田還會在 2030 年之前向 Cruise投入20億美元。這意味著本田將投資Cruise共27.5億美元。
