* 1、准备肉末,一定要碎一些;
* 2、圆葱和蒜(5瓣)也切成细末;
* 3、将肉碎调料全部放入肉碎中搅匀;
* 4、雪梨去皮去核打成梨浆;
* 5、准备韩式辣酱和熟芝麻;
* 6、锅烧热放色拉油将肉碎炒变色;
* 7、倒入辣椒酱炒出香味;
* 8、倒入梨浆搅匀,中小火熬至浓稠关火;
* 9、晾至温乎时放入芝麻和蜂蜜拌匀;
* 10、做好的调味辣椒酱用来拌饭比没经过调味的辣椒酱味道要好。
