三尖齿龙属（属名：Trimucrodon）是种草食性恐龙，生存于侏㑩纪晚期的启莫里阶的葡萄牙，约1亿5500万年前到1亿5000万年前，但也有可能是白垩纪早期的巴列姆阶。三尖齿龙被分类为基础鸟臀目恐龙，但因为只有发现牙齿化石，是只根据牙齿而建立的物种，所以状态为疑名。
在1962到1967年之间，德国动物学家Georg Krusat在葡萄牙劳尔哈（Lourinhã）的丁赫罗港[1]，属于Camadas de Alcobaça地层，地质年代相当于启莫里阶，约1亿5500万到1亿5000万年前，但近年研究提出该地层可能是白垩纪早期的早巴列姆阶，约1亿4500万年前。
模式种是楔形三尖齿龙（T. cuneatus），是由Richard A. Thulborn在1973年所叙述、命名，但研究直到1975年才公布。他发现其中一颗小型牙齿属于恐龙，而非哺乳动物，而进行命名[2]。属名意为“有三个齿尖的牙齿”；种名在拉丁文意为“楔形”。正模标本目前由柏林自由大学所保存、管理，但没有标本编号。除此之外，葡萄牙当地还发现其他牙齿化石。
Richard A. Thulborn最初将三尖齿龙归类于法布尔龙科，在2001年被改归类于畸齿龙科[3]。近年研究则认为三尖齿龙是原始鸟臀目恐龙的分类未定属[4]
