歌迷统称「仙后」（Cassiopeia，[[仙后座]]，是五颗构成“W”形的星，其代表五位成员－郑允浩、金在中、朴有天、金俊秀及沉昌珉），并遍佈亚洲。

2005年4月在 [[ 日本 ]] 出道，有别于韩国歌迷的「Cassiopeia(仙后)」，日本后援会歌迷称为「Bigeast」，代表色相同。

2007年于日本举办了全国Hall巡迴演唱会「2nd LIVE TOUR 2007 〜Five in the Black〜」，其后增加日本武道馆2DAYS为追加公演。2008年前半年首次举行全国AREANA巡迴演唱会「3rd LIVE TOUR 2008 〜T〜」。

=== 出道契机・过程 ===

2003年、韩国著名的经纪公司SM Entertainment（以下简称「SM」）决定打破韩国偶像界普遍在团体内分担职务的常规，以「全员皆为主唱」为特色，从公司内所属的练习生中选出英雄在中、瑜卤允浩、祕奇有天、细亚俊秀、最强昌珉五个人。在当时SM的目标为打入海外亚洲圈，因此首度以汉字名称作为他们的团名及艺名。
