伪足是一些原生动物运动和取食的一种细胞器,是由于原生质层的流动,使身体表面生出无定形的指状、叶状或针状的突起。
伪足根据形态和功能大致可分成4类:叶片伪足、丝状伪足、根状伪足和轴伪足,除原生动物外,其它无脊椎动物的变形细胞及高等动物的白细胞和吞噬细胞等亦可伸出伪足。[1]
