徐寅峰，男，1962年9月生，运筹与控制专业博士，管理科学与工程专业博士后。现为教育部"长江特聘教授"，西安交通大学管理学院教授，四川大学工商管理学院教授、博士生导师，国际期刊Information编委，中国运筹学会理事，陕西省运筹学学会理事长。2016年11月，任东华大学旭日工商管理学院院长 、东华大学旭日工商管理学院教授委员会主任 。
