戴長征，對外經濟貿易大學教授、UIBE國際關係學院院長、政治學博士、博士生導師、全國政策科學學會常務理事。 先後在中國人民大學攻讀政治學專業，並獲得法學碩士、博士學位，多次在海外從事科學研究和學術交流。目前主要從事政治學理論、中國政治學、行政學理論與實踐的研究和教學。曾為安徽省首批中青年骨幹教師和學科帶頭人，獲得省部級科研教學獎勵多項。出版有中英文著作數部，承擔多項國內外重要課題研究，並在國內外學術期刊發表中英文論文四十餘篇，其中多篇為《新華文摘》、中國人民大學報刊複印資料《政治學》、《中國政治》、《公共行政》、《國際共產主義運動》、《中國現代史》等權威期刊轉載。作品廣為索引和引用，在海內外產生一定影響。
