洪友士,博士,1951年7月生;研究员博士生导师[1],中科院力学所学位委员会主任。曾任中科院力学所所长(1998-2006),副所长(1994-1998)。主要学术兼职:"Fatigue & Fract. Engng Mater. & Struct."主编; "Acta Mechanica Sinica",《力学学报》,《力学进展》,《中国科学G辑》副主编;《固体力学学报》,《机械强度》,《应用数学和力学》编委;中国力学学会常务理事,中国材料研究学会常务理事;曾任中国力学学会秘书长(1994-1998)、副理事长(1998-2002);中国科学院研究生院学位委员会委员。

人物经历

1977年毕业于清华大学机械工程系;1981年在清华大学机械工程系获硕士学位,同年开始在中科院力学所工作;1991年在中科院力学所获博士学位。1985年至1986年在加拿大渥太华物理冶金研究所从事断裂力学与断裂物理的合作研究;1989年至1990年在英国谢菲尔德大学机械与化工系从事疲劳短裂纹与缺口裂纹分析的合作研究。

学术成就

研究领域为材料力学性能与结构力学,主要学术成果有:钢中第二相颗粒的数量、尺度及分布影响变形、断裂和应力腐蚀开裂的机制;孔边裂纹的应力强度因子和塑性区分析并用于高双向循环应力下孔边裂纹扩展模型;合金材料中疲劳短裂纹萌生和发展群体损伤演化的规律与模型;亚微米/纳米金属材料的微结构和力学行为;合金材料超高周疲劳特性;水中悬浮隧道的动力响应和原型桥设计;等。发表论文160余篇;获授权专利11项;获1996年度中科院自然科学一等奖(第二获奖人);获1995年度国家杰出青年科学基金;是全国(首批)"百千万人才工程"1995/1996年度第一、二层次入选者;1998年被评为中科院有突出贡献的中青年专家。

已培养博士10名,硕士11名;其中1名获中科院院长奖学金优秀奖,1名获刘永龄奖学金,1名获郭永怀奖学金1等奖,3名获郭永怀奖学金2等奖等。指导博士生4名,硕士生1名。获1999年度中国科学院"华为奖教金"(中国科学院优秀研究生导师奖)。
