早年

阿历山大-阿诺出生在利物浦西德比区（West Derby），就读圣马修斯天主教小学[1][2]。

当他六岁时，当地的利物浦足球俱乐部主办了一个社区夏令营，他的学校应邀参加了该夏令营。阿历山大-阿诺被选中参加，利物浦青训学院的教练伊恩·巴里根（Ian Barrigan）发现他的天份并邀请他加入学院。他开始每周训练两到三次，然后在教练连达斯（Pepijn Lijnders）的指导下继续担任U16和U18级别的球队队长[3][4][5][6]。
