胡瑞忠,男,汉族,1958年12月生,湖南道县人。1988年毕业于成都地质学院(现成都理工大学)放射性地质专业,获理学博士学位。

现任中国科学院地球化学研究所所长[1]研究员博士生导师[2],矿床地球化学国家重点实验室主任,兼任中国矿物岩石地球化学学会理事长、矿床地球化学专业委员会主任,中国地质学会矿床地质专业委员会副主任,中国核学会铀矿地质分会副主任。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家973项目"华南陆块陆内成矿作用:背景与过程"、"大规模成矿作用及大型矿集区预测"首席科学家,主要从事矿床地球化学和同位素地球化学研究。

2021年11月18日当选中国科学院院士[3]

个人简介

胡瑞忠,中国科学院地球化学研究所所长。1988年在成都地质学院获博士学位。主要从事矿床地球化学和同位素地球化学研究,作为首席科学家主持过两项国家973项目和一项中科院重要方向项目,以及国家自然科学基金重点项目。曾获国家自然科学二等奖[4]、贵州省科技进步一等奖等,获中科院青年科学家奖、全国优秀留学回国人员、"首批新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选"称号。
