人体病原真菌念珠菌的致病机理和耐药进化机制研究。主要包括：
1. 念珠菌形态发育和致病性调控网络研究。
2. 超级真菌形态转换调控、致病机理和耐药机制研究。
3. 人体真菌组和真菌培养组研究。
个人简介
邴健，博士、青年副研究员。2011年毕业于北京化工大学，获得学士学位。2016年毕业于中国科学院微生物研究所，获得理学博士学位。2016-2019年任中国科学院微生物研究所助理研究员。2019年起任复旦大学生命科学学院青年副研究员。
科研项目：主持一项国家自然科学基金青年科学基金（32000018）。
