2003年至2007年，英国曼彻斯特大学教育学院学习，获得博士学位 2001年至2003年公派赴美国留学，获教育管理硕士学位 1994年毕业于北京师范大学历史系，获学士学位
工作经历
1994年至2001年，北京市第171中学历史教师、教学处主任。

1994年获北京市青年历史教师基本功比赛一等奖 1997年获北京市“优秀青年教师”称号 1998年获北京市“十佳”师德标兵称号
