高会军(1976.1- )男，1976年1月10日生，汉族，黑龙江省集贤县人，欧洲科学院院士，哈尔滨工业大学航天学院教授、博士生导师 ，哈工大理学院院长 ，哈工大智能控制与系统研究所所长，哈工大校人事处副处长，2014年世界最具影响力科学家之一，国家杰出青年基金获得者，2021 入选欧洲科学院院士。

2018年5月，入选第三批国家"万人计划"科技创新领军人才。

高会军，男，1976年1月出生，博士。辽宁省控制科学与工程重点学科学术带头人。

2005年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程专业，获博士学位。香港大学机械工程系荣誉教授，IEEEIES管理委员会委员，IEEECSS不确定系统专业委员会委员，中国自动化学会青年工作委员会委员，中国自动化学会技术过程故障诊断与安全性专业委员会委员。2008年获国家杰出青年科学基金，并作为主要完成人获国家自然科学二等奖(排名第五);2007年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖;2010年入选新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选，并获SCOPUS青年科学之星成就奖;2011年获中国青年科技奖、中国青年五四奖章及黑龙江省自然科学一等奖。2012年获陈嘉庚青年科学奖(信息领域唯一获奖人)，入选中组部首批青年拔尖人才支持计划。2021年当选欧洲科学院院士。

近年来，在自动控制基础理论和应用基础方面开展了广泛而深入的研究工作，在鲁棒控制与滤波、网络化控制、复杂生产制造过程控制等领域取得了一些研究成果，发表在IEEETrans.AutomaticControl、Automatica、《中国科学》等权威期刊上。目前在IEEETransactions系列汇刊上发表论文52篇，其中长文31篇，在自动控制权威期刊IEEETrans.AutomaticControl和Automatica上发表论文29篇，长文6篇，发表论文被SCI收录118篇。研究成果得到了国内外众多学者的广泛认可和引用，发表的论文已被SCI他引3000余次(10篇论文单篇他引超过50次，单篇最高他引175次)，SCI引用H因子40，25篇论文入选ESI高引用论文。

在自动控制领域国际权威期刊Automatica以及IEEETrans.ControlSystemsTechnology等五个IEEETransactions系列汇刊上任编委职务;作为客座主编在IEEETrans.IndustrialInformatics等国际期刊组织研究专刊八期;四次担任国际会议的大会主席或程序委员会主席，并在20余个国际会议担任程序委员会委员。在2012年中国共青团成立90周年纪念活动中作为中国先进青年的典型代表受到党和国家领导人接见。

在鲁棒控制及滤波、时滞系统与网络化控制及其工业与航天应用等方面取得了一些具有国际影响的研究成果，发表在IEEE Trans. Automatic Control、Automatica、《中国科学》等权威期刊上。发表论文SCI检索130余篇，其中71篇发表在IEEE Transactions系列汇刊上(常文50篇，regular paper)。发表论文ISI总引用5684次、H-index 41，Google总引用9498次、H-index 51。共有25篇论文入选ESI高引用论文，入选Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researchers。
