姜勝耀 ，1959年10月出生，吉林九台人，1983年5月加入中國共產黨，博士，研究員。

現任清華大學黨委常務副書記，2018年11月起，不再擔任清華大學副校長職務。

人物履歷

1979年9月考入清華大學熱能工程系。

1984年7月本科畢業並攻讀清華大學核能技術研究院研究生。

1987年1月碩士畢業留校工作。

1991年11月至1995年2月德國斯圖加特大學攻讀博士學位。

曾任清華大學核研院研究室副主任、主任、黨委副書記、副院長。

2006年5月任清華大學人事處處長、人才資源開發辦公室主任。

2012年4月任清華大學校長助理、學科規劃與建設辦公室主任、人事處處長、人才資源開發辦公室主任。

2012年7月任清華大學黨委常委、副校長。

2015年8月任清華大學黨委副書記、副校長。

2016年5月任清華大學黨委常務副書記、副校長。

曾獲教育部、原國防科工委、中核工業集團公司等科技獎勵7項，2003年獲國家傑出青年科學基金資助。2011年被評為北京高校優秀共產黨員。目前擔任中國高等教育學會薪酬管理研究分會理事長。

北京市第十五屆人民代表大會代表

2017年7月-至今，清華大學第十四屆黨委副書記。
