梅霆:男,出生年月1965.11,博士,2000-2009年執教於新加坡南洋理工大學電子及電機學院微電子系,任副教授終身教職、納米光子實驗室創建負責人、新加坡研究基金會千萬新元級重大科研項目(競爭性研究計劃,CRP)首席科學家;2009-2013年任華南師範大學光電子材料與技術研究所教授、所長;2013年至今任西北工業大學理學院教授[1],入選陝西省百人計劃(2012)[2];任廣東省照明學會副理事長、IEEE資深會員、曾任IEEE光子協會(Photonics Society/LEOS)新加坡分會副主席和理事,擔任大會主席組織2010年OSA-IEEE-COS光電子學與微納光學國際學術會議(AOM2010)。研究興趣在納米光子學、光子集成技術、低維半導體量子器件、半導體光電子器件,從事光電器件、集成光子器件、紅外量子井/量子點探測器,非製冷紅外成像器件等研究工作,發SCI收錄論文百篇,多次受邀做國際學術會議邀請報告,為Optics Letters、Optics Express、IEEE Photonic Journal、Appl. Phys. Lett.、ACSNano等十多個國際學術期刊及以色列科學基金會擔任評議人[3]
