科內里斯 安東尼約在西元1505年出生於{{[[荷蘭]]|尼德蘭}}的阿姆斯特丹（Amsterdam），{{notetag|亦有說是出生於西元1449年者。<ref>[https://www.wga.hu/html_m/a/anthonis/index.html Web Gallery of Art: ANTHONISZ, Cornelis]</ref> }} 他是雅可布 科內里斯．凡． 歐斯特桑能 {{lang-nl|Jacob Cornelisz. van Oostsanen}}的孫子，推估他的繪畫技巧也是其祖父所教授。
