19岁的潘雪儿还在大学就读一年级时，一个自称为美国情报部门工作的男人接触她，希望她可以参加特工的面试，因为她的条件符合成为一个特工的要求。最后，雪儿接受了这份工作，成为[[中央情报局]]（CIA）所属部门──SD-6的其中一个特工。
一切风波暂时平息后，雪儿到男友的墓地时遇到父亲，并得知他不但为SD-6工作，更是CIA的特工，一名双重间谍，目的也是拖垮SD-6这个组织……
