李雪芹，女， 1966年3月生，中专文化，中共党员.1987年加入晨鸣集团,自担任车间统计员以来，经手几十万个统计数据无一出现差错，保证了生产正常运行。运用所学知识研究建立了动态成本核算考核机制，并建立健全一系列管理制度，使吨纸综合制造成本达到国内领先水平。
