长期从事水工结构工程与抗震研究。研究不规则无限域模拟,提出无限边界单元和拱坝-地基-库水动力相互作用的时域模型,将该模型与拱坝横缝非线性结构耦合,得到了地基辐射阻尼可比传统方法降低拱坝地震响应25%~30%的重要结论,已应用于我国300米级高拱坝抗震设计中。运用动力边界元法与断裂力学原理,提出重力坝地震断裂与拱坝裂缝扩展模型,将这一模型发展到各向异性介质与非线性混凝土材料,进行了动力断裂试验验证,应用于多座混凝土坝抗震设计。提出时域动力边界元与离散元耦合模型,应用于大型地下厂房以及三峡船闸高边坡变形稳定预报。</p>==
