'''张人禾''',气象学家 1962年7月生于[[甘肃省]][[兰州市]],籍贯[[天津市]]。1982年毕业于[[兰州大学]]地理系气象专业,1991年获[[中国科学院]]大气物理研究所博士学位。2015年当选为中国科学院院士。复旦大学教授,中国气象科学研究院研究员,中国气象局科技委副主任。
长期从事气候动力学研究。提出在[[厄尔尼诺]]期间热带西太平洋上空的Rossby波造成西北太平洋反气旋异常,揭示了厄尔尼诺通过西北太平洋异常反气旋影响东亚季风的机理。提出大气和海洋赤道Rossby波形成的耦合波、海洋非线性水平温度平流、热带西太平洋纬向风异常以及热带东太平洋经向风异常等因素在厄尔尼诺发生和演变中的作用,揭示了热带大尺度海气相互作用的新机理。发展了海洋资料业务同化系统,有效改进了我国短期气候业务预测技巧。曾获国家科技进步奖二等奖、中国青年科技奖等学术奖励。
