另一是在[[动物细胞]]中,于细胞分裂的末期,[[赤道板]]上的表层细胞质部位向中间凹陷缢缩。在一部分植物细胞中,以及在[[酵母]]出芽和[[粘菌]]的[[孢子]]形成时等,可以看到有介于这两种类型之间的中间型。缢缩的产生是由于这部分沿细胞膜下出现环状的肌动蛋白的缘故。
