监漳镇，隶属于山西省长治市武乡县，地处武乡县中部，东与蟠龙镇毗邻，南与襄垣县西营镇接壤，西与上司乡为邻，北与大有乡相连，镇人民政府距武乡县城约25千米，行政区域面积49.45平方千米。截至2019年末，监漳镇户籍人口为10964人。
1949年，属武乡县第四区；1984年，监漳公社改监漳镇。截至2021年10月31日，监漳镇辖15个行政村；镇人民政府驻监漳村。
