骆博士曾任职于南方科技大学以及香港大学。他在数字经济/大数据分析等领域拥有多年的项目策划，管理及研发经验。早期专注于工作流自动化和企业整合研究，美国佐治亚大学博士毕业后，骆博士就职于美国纽约IBM TJ华生研究中心电子商务部，成功为IBM客户提供业务流程管理、服务、网格计算解决方案以及咨询。近年来，骆博士致力于人工智能，大数据，运筹与优化的研发及应用推广，研发成果被多家机构/企业釆纳应用及示范。骆博士的研究成果包括150多篇论文及众多研发成果转化项目。
