| * In 2006, Dr. Lee obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Chung Cheng University. He underwent recruit training at the Successful Ridge in Taichung the same year. After completing the training, he joined the Selective Service System of the Ministry of National Defense and transferred to the Command Headquarters Service Battalion, 2nd Company. At that time, the company commander was Major Guo Junyou, and the deputy company commander was Captain Su Xinsong.
