2005年起，她开始转行当戏剧导演，曾先后推出《[[圣井]]》、《切．格瓦拉》、《[[大大大明星]]》、《[[一颗巧克力的心声]]》、《[[新娘]]》等多部舞台剧，成为中国戏剧界少有的表演、导演俱佳的女性创作人才。
