== 成立 ==
2005年10月31日創意藝術中心由當時的[[民政事務局]]局長[[何志平]]主持啟動儀式。2006年11月創意藝術中心開始招租<ref>[http://appledaily.atnext.com/template/apple/art_main.cfm?iss_id=20061122&sec_id=4104&subsec_id=11867&art_id=6548418 創意藝術中心呎租三至八元]{{dead link|date=2018年4月 |bot=InternetArchiveBot |fix-attempted=yes }}</ref>，2007年1月截止時接獲超額近5倍的申請浸大藝術中心由522份承租申請中，甄選出112份，當中6份屬藝術機構租戶，88份屬藝術工作者或藝術團體租戶，其餘屬藝術課程畢業生。
