清凉峰自然保护区位于浙江省临安市境内，地理坐标为东经118°52′--119°11′，北纬30°05′--3 0°17′，总面积10800公顷，主要保护对象为东南沿海季风区中山丘陵森林生态系统及珍稀野生动植物。保护区由龙塘山、千顷塘和顺溪坞三个部分组成，其主体龙塘山1985年经浙江省政府批准建立为省级自然保护区，1997年省政府批准将保护区扩大到现有规模。2007年被浙江省森林防火指挥部评为“连续20年无森林火灾先进单位”。
保护区在2002年被国家林业局评为“全国自然保护区先进集体”、2007年被浙江省森林防火指挥部评为“连续20年无森林火灾先进单位”。
