中条山（Zhong-Tiao Mountains）是中国山西省南部主要山脉之一，位于黄河、涑水河间，横跨临汾、运城、晋城三市。该山居太行山及华山之间，因山势狭长而得名，全长约160公里，最高峰为海拔2322米的垣曲县历山舜王坪 <ref>[https://yuncheng.cncn.com/jingdian/lishanshunwangping/profile 历山舜王坪景区简介]，欣欣旅游网</ref> 。
