位於莫三比克北部的[[楠普拉省]](Província de Nampula)，地處[[印度洋]][[莫蘇里爾灣]]與[[莫三比克海峽]]]入口處，是[[珊瑚]]鈣化後形成的[[珊瑚礁]]島嶼。
1960年代建造的一座橋將島嶼連接到大陸。
