材料:猪大排8-10枝,韩国柚子蜜一大匙,蒜片/蒜青各少许。 腌排骨料 (1)大韩国梨一个(没有的话用罐头波箩,汁留用),洋葱一个,大蒜十数粒,姜一块。 (2)麻油两大匙,麦芽糖一大匙,生抽酱油半杯,料酒三大匙,清水半杯(如用波箩汁则免用水),芝麻一小匙。 ===制作流程=== 1、材料(1)放入榨汁机处理成糊状,滤去杂质,只留汁。加入(2)里搅拌均匀即成淹肉酱。将排骨放入烤酱里拌均,放入冰箱24小时。 2、两大匙油烧热,放入蒜片爆香后捞起备用,蒜香油留锅里。
