AFI百年百大勵志電影（AFI's 100 Years... 100 Cheers），2006年，美國電影學會從300片提名電影中，評選出100片百年來最偉大的勵志片名單，作為美國電影學院的「百年百大」系列的一個重要部分。

百大勵志片名單及三百大提名名單

• 在300片提名名單中，亨利·方達、湯姆·漢克各出現8次最多。賈利·古柏、西德尼·波蒂埃各出現7次居次。女演員以珍·亞瑟出現4次最多。

• 在100片勝出名單中，詹姆斯·史都華在前五名百年最偉大勵志片中，主演第一名影片《風雲人物》、以及第五名影片《史密斯遊美京》，他也主演第69名影片《壯志凌雲（林白征空記）》。

• 在300片提名名單中，法蘭克·卡普拉、史蒂芬·史匹伯各以6部作品，並列出現最多的導演。

• 在300片提名名單中，超過1/3的影片本質上是屬於傳記電影。

• 1939年出品了12片提名電影、以及5片勝出電影，超過其他任何一個年份。
