夏光敏,女,博士,教授、博士生导师[1],教育部跨世纪优秀人才[2]。山东省植物生理学会副理事长,中国植物生理学会理事。长期从事小麦和牧草的分子育种研究。1996-1997年在澳大利亚联邦科学院植物工业研究所植物分子生物学实验室作访问学者,主要进行小麦分子遗传学及小麦基因转化研究。2002 在英国John Innes Centre 作访问学者,主要进行小麦基因组与进化及小麦分子标记研究。现任山东大学生命学院党委书记、农学院党委书记兼常务副院长[3]。
个人贡献
在国际上率先创立了小麦体细胞杂交转移异源染色体小片段的新技术,获得2000年山东省科技进步奖理论成果二等奖。在此基础上,系统研究了体细胞杂种后代的核/质基因组、异源染色体小片段和DNA片段的遗传规律及与发育和新性状产生的关系;以及杂种HMW-GS的遗传稳定性和其新基因的来源和进化等;克隆和标记了杂种的优质和耐盐基因。通过对杂种耐盐新品种山融3号的分子标记确定了杂种耐盐性状由主效基因控制,克隆了杂种的优质、耐盐新基因20多个,并且完成了部分基因的功能验证,这些研究结果已经发表在Plant J(2006);Planta(2005,2006),Theor Appl Genet (2003, 2004,2005),Genome(2004),Mol Gen Genomes(2001),JAFC(2006), Plant Sc i(2003a, 2003b; 2004a,2004b, 2004c,2004d,2006)和Plant Cell Rep(2004a,2004b,2005;2006);Plant Bio (2006)及Cell Research (2004),中国科学(2001,2003,2004)和植物学报(2001,2002,2004a,2004b,2004c,2004d)等该领域主流SCI源刊物上,为此项新的生物技术奠定了重要的理论基础。在国内外率先建立了小麦苗端转化技术,已经通过发明专利审核;获得小麦\高羊茅基因工程株系和品系,已经申请环境释放。小麦体细胞杂交研究获2000年山东省科技进步二等奖;小麦BYDV抗性转基因育种获1995年全国十大科技成果。
1998-2006主持国家和省部级项目20多项,2005年获得国家自然科学基金重点项目,国家863项目和国家973项目资助.
2005年"小麦体细胞杂交技术及其在育种中的应用"通过国内知名专家鉴定:"是小麦生物技术育种上的重要突破,总体研究达到国际领先水平。"
2005年小麦/牧草的体细胞杂交育种和基因工程育种共3项分别通过了国家863项目验收。
小麦/牧草的体细胞杂交育种和基因工程育种申请国家发明专利7项。
2001年以来在国际遗传育种、植物生物学、细胞遗传学等主流期刊发表SCI源论文30多篇;EI收录论文4篇,总影响因子IF 50点以上,被他引109次。
2005年被邀请在全国植物分子生物学和组织培养大会和中日植物科学交流会议上作大会发言。
创建了耐盐、耐旱体细胞杂种新品种"山融3号",2005年在盐碱地和旱肥地的大面积示范种植,平均亩产465斤,为进一步在盐碱地和旱肥地大面积推广奠定了基础;并且通过分子标记辅助育种,获得多个高产、优质新品系。高产、抗旱新品系山融1号参加山东省区试。
在国际、全国会议上作大会发言6次,已经申请(公开)的发明专利12项。获省、部级二等奖3项。
2001年获山东教育系统"巾国建功十大标兵"和山东省三八红旗手称号,2003年被评为齐鲁巾帼十杰[4]。
