她現任Management Science 副主編、 Administrative Science Quarterly和Organization Science編委,也曾任American Journal of Sociology 顧問編輯,和管理學會(Academy of Management) 組織理論研究委員會主任。加入哥倫比亞大學之前,她是南加州大學管理學和社會學副教授。
