人物簡介
戴建武 男,博士,1965年生。研究員,博士生導師[2]。
1988 年武漢大學生物系學士,1991年北京醫科大學細胞生物學系碩士,並留校任教。1998年杜克大學(Duke University)醫學中心理學博士。2000年在哈佛大學醫學院完成博士後訓練。2001年入選中國科學院的"百人計劃",任中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所組織工程研究實驗室主任[3]。
主要研究
戴建武,現任中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所研究員、再生醫學研究中心主任;中國科學院蘇州納米與仿生技術研究所客座研究員。戴建武研究員發明了能與組織再生因子特異結合以及與幹細胞特異結合的兩大類功能生物材料構建技術,解決了組織器官再生微環境構建中的「再生因子空間定位、濃度維持」和「細胞空間定位、幹細胞選擇性利用」兩大技術難題。他提出了脊髓損傷激活的內源幹細胞向神經細胞定向分化是脊髓損傷修復的重要機制,並認為該機制也是其它組織器官再生的重要機制。在國際學術期刊發表論文近200篇。由於在子宮內膜再生轉化研究的突出貢獻,戴建武研究員2014年被評為CCTV-年度十大科技創新人物。在心肌再生研究中獲國家科學技術進步獎二等獎1項,2016年獲中國僑界再生醫學創新成果貢獻獎。他是中科院幹細胞與再生醫學研究戰略先導專項「人工組織器官構建」項目首席科學家,中科院幹細胞與再生醫學重點布局項目首席科學家,國家出生缺陷再生修復產品研發重大專項首席科學家。他的團隊在2015年率先開始的神經再生支架結合幹細胞修復脊髓損傷的臨床研究受到廣泛關注,2016年應邀在瑞典歐洲再生醫學年會做大會報告和2017年應邀在瑞士舉行的歐洲再生醫學年會做主題報告。他領導的包括子宮內膜、脊髓及心肌等多個組織器官再生修復的臨床研究引領了再生醫學產品研發的方向。

報告摘要:
基於生物材料、幹細胞及組織再生因子的再生醫學是現代醫學的重要分支。再生醫學的發展有望能解決人類目前醫療技術不能有效治療的許多重大疾病,並且在不遠的將來可以實現人體器官製造,為人類提供器官置換的零部件。再生醫學的核心技術是重建組織器官發育過程的微環境。這個微環境要實現幹細胞及各種組織再生因子的空間定位及提供細胞生長與分化的條件。我們通過組織再生因子特異結合以及與幹細胞特異結合的兩大類功能生物材料構建技術,解決了組織器官再生微環境構建中的「再生因子空間定位、濃度維持」和「細胞空間定位、幹細胞選擇性利用」兩大技術難題。通過不同動物模型,證實了這類智能型生物材料可以有效引導不同組織器官的再生。本報告將通過女性生殖系統、心肌、肺及脊髓神經等組織再生的轉化研究,系統介紹再生醫學的關鍵技術及其轉化研究中的細節,和大家一起分享再生醫學的今天與明天。
個人成就
戴建武博士領導的創新組的主要研究方向為組織工程的研究及產品開發。並不斷將成果轉化成產品推向市場。主要研究內容:
1.關於基因載體及其用於組織再生的研究
主要是篩選出具有組織特異性的基因載體,用於特異性組織修復。在1-2年內摸索出一個可以用於特異性組織損傷修復的方法。
2. 組織工程材料的研究
摸索出適用於不同組織及器官的組織工程的材料。包括比較不同的化學合成材料,選擇最佳的強度及可塑性;比較不同的生物合成材料,選擇最佳的強度及可塑性;複合材料的構建及測試及動物模型實驗等。
3. 幹細胞分化與組織工程
開展人幹細胞分化機理的研究,探索體外組織及器官再生。
